Handmade, one piece at a time

Every Visual Noise piece is made by hand by Daune Smith in Detroit. Many are one of a kind, and others are made to order just for you. Because of that, all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Before you buy

We want you to love your piece before it's yours. Please:

• Check the measurements and sizing details on each product page

• Look closely at all the photos, and keep in mind that colors can vary slightly between screens

• Reach out with any questions before ordering. Daune is happy to talk sizing, fit, color, or send extra photos.

Handmade pieces have small variations in stitching and texture. That's part of what makes each one unique, not a defect.

If there's a problem with your order

If your order arrives damaged, or something is genuinely wrong with it, contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@visual-noise.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Daune reviews each situation personally and handles it case by case.

Issues reported more than 5 days after delivery can't be reviewed.

Custom orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are made specifically for you, so they're final once work begins. We'll confirm the details with you before we start.
